In the Chinese culture, filial piety is the most important of all virtues. A man who is filial to his parents is sure to be responsible to hi family, to his company, to the society and to his country. Based on the theme of filial piety, Ensign Holding Group has held activities during Mother's day and Father's day, and elected"10 Filial Piety Stars of ENSIGN", and also prepared gifts to ENSIGN staff's parents every month. ENSIGN has integrated filial piety to the corporate culture.

 

Besides decent salary offered to the staffs,ENSIGN also provides the staff with decent housing subsidies & subsides for purchasing cars. And ENSIGN has built its own residence communities,for the welfare of the staffs.
